All information detailed in the Supplier Qualification System "SQS" comprising of this software and/or the other systems tools supporting it, including but not limited to the e-book are provided to the Purchaser "Licensee" in good faith.

Your use of the SQS is at your sole risk.

Logistics Consulting Pty Ltd "Logcon" makes no representation or warranty that the system or the information contained within the SQS is reliable, accurate or complete. It also accepts no responsibility arising from errors or omissions in the SQS and/or difficulties with relating to access, timeliness or security.

Logcon shall not be liable for any consequential damages as a result of loss incurred by you resulting from any action or decision you make in reliance whilst using the SQS, nor any interruption, delay in operation or transmission, virus, communications failure, Internet access difficulties, or malfunction in equipment or software.

Agreement
